Tradewaves was established by Carol Adams-Kirkham around 4 years ago. With over 25 years business experience gained in the UK, Europe and USA where she successfully set-up, ran, owned and sold a variety of businesses in the travel, leisure, property, recruitment and arts sectors, Carol has a wealth of knowledge at her finger tips to help new start-up and developing businesses. As a busy working mother and a fellow entrepreneur Carol knows only too well the challenges that business owner’s face, including trying to achieve the work/life balance by working smarter rather than harder. Tradewaves is based in Brighton, East Sussex with many clients based in the South East of England. Thanks to social media such as LinkedIn and twitter, Tradewaves is also successfully supporting clients all over the country.

Ideas, concepts and business patterns change, which has fuelled Carol’s desire to keep up to speed and share this knowledge with fellow business owners over the years. With her passion for business and a real desire to see others succeed, Carol established Tradewaves so that she could dedicate her time solely to providing crucial support to business owners. The setting up of The Sussex Hub Networking group with an associate, Natalie Page, came a year or so later and this has grown in members and helps many business owners socialise and grow their businesses through local networking. As a qualified SFEDI Business Advisor, Carol is regularly assessed to ensure she is giving up to date and relevant advice and regularly attends seminars and courses to keep up to date with the latest business ideas, technologies and legal updates. She also keeps an up to date portfolio of business experts, such as accountants, equity brokers, marketers, designers, virtual assistants, technicians etc. to save clients time and money. This makes her an ideal person to help you in your business.
