What is involved in the small business review process?
Initially, Carol will contact you and briefly chat with you over the phone to gather some background information. This is a FREE 20 minute consultation with no obligation.
Should you choose to go ahead with the review:
This will then be followed by a 2-3 hours face to face meeting designed to review the whole business in a way and at a time which which suits you. We will discuss your business; the issues and opportunities you face, review or develop your business strategy, discuss your personal and business goals, review your sales and marketing and methods of work to ensure you have planned for success. The session will be developed to suit your own needs and that of your business.
A brief report and action plan can be compiled following the consultation. The report will identify the key opportunities for you and your business and recommend actions you should take to enable your business to grow and improve.
There is further advice and coaching available to help you implement any recommendations, keep you motivated or to guide you through any queries you may have.
